The community also boasts a boutique design with stylish art deco architecture and conveniently located adjacent to the Court Square park for our pet-friendly residents.

Are pets allowed in the community?
Yes, 31 Elm is a pet-friendly community. We welcome both cats and dogs with a monthly pet rent of $50 - $100, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

Is there parking available and is there a fee associated with it? 
Yes, we offer ample parking options for our residents. Surface Parking on site and nearby. Garage Parking at MGM Lot. Please
contact us regarding our Parking Policy.

Are there costs associated with using the fitness center?
No, there are no additional costs associated with using the
fitness center at 31 Elm. Our state-of-the-art fitness center is available to all residents as part of our comprehensive amenity package.
